First Choice (Grade 1) represents premium selection with uniform size, flawless appearance, and peak freshness ideal for serving and tables. Second Choice (Grade 2) provides 100% fresh and healthy crops with minor size variations, perfect for everyday family cooking at an economical price.

Produce prices are updated daily based on the central Jordanian market tariffs and partner stores, ensuring you get fair, authentic, and real-time market pricing with total transparency.

Joudi currently covers all major districts across Amman, with expansion to other governorates underway. Orders are typically prepared and delivered within 25 to 45 minutes thanks to our distributed store network.

We offer flexible payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) upon inspecting your order receipt, as well as in-app Digital Wallet balance, recharge vouchers, and promotional discount codes.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority! If any item does not meet your quality expectations, submit a complaint directly from the order screen within 24 hours of delivery. Our support team will immediately refund the amount to your digital wallet or arrange a replacement.
