1. Information We Collect

We collect only the necessary data required to create your account, verify your identity via OTP, and deliver fresh grocery orders seamlessly:

• Personal & Contact Info: Full name, phone number, encrypted password credentials, and optional delivery notes.
• Delivery Addresses: City name, street, building number, and delivery GPS coordinates.
• Device & Technical Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging - FCM), and app installation version to ensure update compatibility.
• Transactions & Wallet: Order items, chosen grades (First Choice / Second Choice), wallet ledger history, discount voucher redemptions, and complaint logs.

2. Location Data Usage (Foreground & Background)

For Customers: Location data is only accessed when you pin your delivery destination on the map while creating or updating an address. We do NOT track customers in the background.

For Delivery Drivers (Captains): The Driver App requires location access (including background location when an active delivery mission is in progress) to provide live ETA calculations, map navigation, and dispatch assignment. Drivers can toggle their availability status offline at any time.

• To process, prepare, and deliver fresh produce orders from certified partner stores.
• To verify account ownership via automated SMS OTP verification codes.
• To send real-time order status updates and driver arrival push notifications.
• To process digital wallet top-ups, voucher balance, and cash-on-delivery settlements.
• We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

We partner with reputable infrastructure providers strictly to maintain essential app functionality:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): Used for secure transactional push notifications.
• Map Providers (Google Maps / OpenStreetMap): For delivery geocoding and route navigation.
• SMS Gateway Providers: For one-time password (OTP) delivery.

5. Data Retention & Security

All communications between the mobile apps and our backend servers are secured using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS). Passwords are cryptographically hashed, and sensitive API requests require authenticated authorization tokens. Data is retained only as long as your account is active or as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Our services are strictly directed to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering into purchase contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we take immediate steps to delete such data.
